Our Process Every piece created is hand made using techniques which involves traditional woodworking practices. We specialize in Intarsia. Intarsia is a woodworking technique that uses selected wood cut into numerous shapes and sizes, fitted together to create a pictorial scene with an impression of three dimensional depth. Every piece making up the artwork is individually cut with a scroll saw, precision shaped, sanded and glued together and completed with a natural finish, stain or paint. A Tradition of Quality -- Made in the USA While our artwork can be seen in homes and commercial living spaces worldwide, every wood art creation we make is one hundred percent made in the USA. Our shop is located in beautiful Sarasota, Florida - - but we have a history of quality with roots dating back to the Old Order Amish community of Arthur Illinois.
