Product Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you
are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely
return of salable, unmodified, eligible items.
Contact Pathway Ventures within three days of receipt
of item for authorization prior to shipping.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Our products can be returned within 14 days after
receipt of the product. Custom and special order
products are not refundable.
Buyer is responsible for the shipping charges both
ways including insurance. Product must be returned in
original packaging and shipped using the authorized
shipping method.
Buyer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and we have inspected
the item, your refund will be processed (less shipping
and restocking fees).
Items that incur damage, warping due to improper
storage conditions by buyer are not returnable and
are not covered by our warranty.
Returned items should be in salable, unmodified
condition to qualify for a credit or refund.
